Citizens of the City of Harare have expressed mixed feelings over the state of litter in the Harare Central Business District (CBD).
The picture in question shows Rezende Street, which leads directly to the vehicle entrance of Town House on Jason Moyo Street.
Taking the story to Twitter Spaces, people are seen blaming the Mayor of Harare, Jacob Mafume, and the City Council, accusing them of not doing their job. The citizens hope to see change following this outburst.
