Somizi decided to take his followers for a tour at the SMEG shop during kettle and toaster shopping for new SMEG appliances of the Dolce n Gabbana line. Somizi got the shock of his life as he saw the prices, the sales lady then told him that the fridge which is in SMEG’s Dolce n Gabbana line costs R940, 000, just R60, 000 short of a million dollars. Due to the shock, Somizi asked which can be considered a good question, if the fridge comes with food supplies.
SMEG appliances have shown to be most of South Africans favourite brand, breaking the internet more times than we can count. The brand has never left the list of kitchen dream gadgets ever since it appeared there. It was not a surprise that Som G was out shopping for SMEG as he has shown so much love for all things kitchen and glam. His cooking show on 1 Magic, Dinner with Somizi, revealed to be a major hit and it then spilled over to a cook book which fast became a best seller and was recently South Africa’s best selling food and beverage book above international chef, Jamie Oliver’s cook book.
