After a lavish wedding, its barely a year and the Tv personality Somizi Mhlongo is set to lose millions of rands in a nasty divorce with husband Mohale Motaung. True Love magazine power couple has been the headlines from cheating allegations, Mohale’s cellphone addition to divorce rumours.
Rumour has it that Mohale Motaung’s legal team has served Somizi divorce papers. It seems divorce is on the cards.
Mohale is entitled to half of Somizi’s properties and business interests and from the looks of things, Somizi will be counting losses. Mohale will be entitled to half of the assets acquired together if it happens that there wasn’t a prenuptial agreement.
A prenup is a written contract entered into by a couple prior to marriage or a civil union that enables them to select and control many of the legal rights they acquire upon marrying, and what happens when their marriage eventually ends by death or divorce?
Reliable sources revealed that divorce is in motion between Somizi and Mohale as they have seen their marriage crushing due to a lot of allegations.
