Musician’s Viggy and Virginia who are popularly known as Qwabe twins have scored an acting gig on a sitcom titles, Pastor Mjosty’s 731 Nina Street.

Although it is unclear which TV channel the sitcom will be aired, an article by Daily Sun has confirmed that the duos have already began shooting.

The pastor stated: “it’s exciting to work with the twins. They’re bubbly, which makes everything easy. One cannot tell that it is their first acting gig. They act alongside other twins from Empangeni, KZN.”

Former Idols SA contestant Viggy said: “We are happy or such an opportunity. This is our first acting gig and it’s exciting. We believe the gig is the start of many great things, and we’re looking forward to others.”

The 23 year old’s also opened about their experience on the show, their album, addressed rumours and revealed they were bullied on Idols SA by one of the contestants on the show

“At first we were scared about how people would react about our decision to exit the show while it was still underway, but we were happy that out supporters recieved us very well.

We have learned that most things that are said by people are just ugly rumors. Dj Tira has really helped our career, we have an album now and our brand is doing well so, what else can we ask for?

We do believe that Hamba made us believe that we have landed in the music industry but at that we were praying to make our big break but the song changed our minds to even do more music for people due to the love we were receiving.

We come from a rural area but it doesn’t matter where you come from if you dedicated you can reach for the stars. There is a song called umuhle which says everyone is made with the images of God, so we are all beautiful doesn’t matter how other people make us feel.

The love that we have for each other is very big but that does not mean that we are dating each other as sisters.”
