The SABC2, Word of Mouth Pictures production didnt confirm story in August that actor Khathu Ramabulana, who was playing Hulisani, wasnt part of the show anymore, but fans were surprised on Monday night when they saw the new actor playing the role of Hulisani and confirmed their favourite was gone.
Muvhango viewers met a new actor known as Burnett instead of seeing their favourite actor Kathu.The new actor is also popular as @TheVendaGuy and has more than 16k followers.Memes expressing their shock and dislike concerning the new actor were filled on the media as most of the fans were hurt by the news that Kathu was gone whilst others were excited, welcoming the guy who replaced him.Fans have flooded the Muvhango Twitter page with questions about where their actor has gone.
The person behind the account responded saying that, Hulisani had “gambled” his face away and this did not go well for everyone as the joke seemed to have been said at the wrong time.Hulisani, lost a bet to Bra Mbhiza leaving him in a compromising position, as Burnett has become the face on Muvhango on SABC 2 which aired on Monday, 7 December 2020.
The actor replaced Kathu and started the role as Hulisani who has lost a bet to Mbhiza.
